Firstly, your specs of your machine in your SIG!

then this is a known error! if you searched google for "using 2621 buffer headers and 2621 cluster IO buffer headers insanelymac", you would find help

http://www.insanelymac.com/lofiversion/index.php/t36613.html, is one of many to solve the problem!!

had same prob with leo server after upgraded to 10.5.3 with vanilla 9.3.0 from original comboupdate. just put hd into another pc throu usb and deleted appleintelcpupowermanagement.kext, edited /system/installatstartup/scripts/1 (dont steal mac os x.kext to dsmos.kext, deletet applehwsensor.kext, and kopied latest netkas smbios.kekst. leo server now working perfect at ga p35 ds4 :))

i guess this was because i got a typo in netkas script (netkas howto update to 10.5.2/3) or the script just didnt work for me.

hope this work for you.

ps: since i dont have antother mac/hack i used macdrive on windows, to be sure that notepad dont break the ...scripts/1 while editing i used a hex-editor (am i right, that there is a difference between windows and unix/linux/osx textfile breakline format?)
