Restore disc images (emac 2004 USB2 1.25GHz)

It's a bit irksome that despite the fact it is simplicity itself to find copies of Leopard and suchlike online, it's not possible to find a torrent of restore CDs, specifically the restore CD for a 2004 USB 2 emac 1.25GHz (I think it should be an OS X 10.3 set of discs).

 

Anyone able to help, or is an Apple Store likely to provide the discs at less than extortionate cost? After all, it's not as if you can do much on different models of Mac with them.
