I can surf the web, but ICQ and MSN won't connect, and Norton won't update. and It just happened I checked the firewall settings, and it is set to allow all connections any ideas? But if you uninstalled it, it shouldn't be blocking you....actually, how did you uninstall? Did you use something like AppZapper?
