Hum hi people first off all i would like to say that i'm new to the Mac world and that i really would like to try and install MacOS X!!! I would like to do a OSx86 10.4.5 Native Install from the image i got from The Pirate Bay (First topic in here)! My machine is a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz | 800 MHz FSB | 1024 KB L2 cache | Prescott architecture (SSE3 Supported) | Motherboard MSI Neo-2 |Leadtek GeForce FX 5900XT 128MB || 2x256MB Dual Channel Low Latency PC3200 RAM || 120 GB ATA Seagate NTFS partitionned (40GB and 80GB).

I would like to install it on the 40GB partition and let the other untouched...

Please tell me if it's possible with my specs and if it would run fast enough...

THX

hi, yeah you should have a good basis for a hackintosh.

to install OS X, you need to have a AF partition. to do this you will first have to delete your NTFS partition (only the 40 gig 1) and create an AF partition. I have done a set of instructions on another post:

i run through most of the stuff in there, but if you have any problems, just PM me or post on here.

i will help as much as i can.

from there my friend, i cannot help. search o google for moving windows to a different partiton. your other option is to get partition magic and resize one of the partitions so you can create a third AF one?

as for being a nob, i dont no what the hell im talking about, this is just stuff i have read and im placing it in the right forums!

keep struggling through
