Slackulator
Hello everyone, I just bought this card, plugged it on my PC,but it doesn't recognize it on xp,neither on Kalyway 10.5.2. Do I have to install anything else on 10.5.2 first,in order to make it work? I already had the Broadcom drivers that it uses installed. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Synaesthesia
Are you sure it's got a Broadcom chip? Look on the card itself. Try this guide too for broadcom wireless... http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=44114 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/107068-wl-138g-v2/#findComment-759940 Share on other sites
Slackulator
Yes that's what I have been told from some people.I will try this guide now. So,I type "sudo su" in terminal,it asks for my password(inside the terminal) I add my password and in terminal it says sh-3.2# so I type "cd/System/Library/Extensions" here and it says there is no such file or directory :S Also,on this: <key>BSD Name</key> <string>en0</string> <false/> <key>IOInterfaceType</key> <integer>6</integer> <key>IOInterfaceUnit</key> <integer>0</integer> <key>IOLocation</key> <string></string> <key>IOMACAddress</key> <data> mine says fw0 instead of en0,does that matter?
