mobility
Hello, I've just installed Leopard 10.5.2 but when the first use Setup screen shows up after the first boot, I choose my location, keyboard layout and then Not to transfer any files from any MAC or TimeMachine - there the computer freezes for 5 mins and restarts the setup without any message or anything.. Can i skip this First Use Setup process using the terminal? I had read an article about it and once managed to do it when booting, but cant remember how :-/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/106300-how-can-i-skip-first-use-setup/ Share on other sites
osxfr
Just let it transfer files from another OSX installation. You may need to install another version of OSX for that purpose. This is what I did to overcome the same problem. After that everything is OK and works.
