Working on a computer is so much easier, but my company wont spend on the new intel macs until youve had a computer for 12 months....long story lol. Tzen Posted March 2, 2006 Share Posted March 2, 2006 I had very good success installing OS X on a Dell Demension E510/3100. It detected the Intel Extreme Graphics 2/GMA 900 right out of the box (so to speak) with working QE/CI. The only thing that didn't work with 10.4.3 was the sound, but I think you could get a cheap working soundcard. I threw Linksys WMP54G v4 in there and it worked with some drivers that are available. I took the SATA drive out for another computer, though. OS X installed to an PATA drive I put in it.
