jantunes
I was trying to install Leopard in an external HD (iAtkos 1.0i, Leo4All, Kaliway 10.5.2) but I was getting an error all the time, so I created a 10 Gb partition on my internal HD and installed Leo4All v3 on it. Although the installation was successful, after restarting, Leopard doesn't boot and the PC tries to boot from the CD, which is on the 2nd booting place. I don't get any sort of error it just looks like the installation is just ignored. I've checked and all my hardware is compatible. Please help me. It's annoying not being able to use Leopard and being forced to use Vista. aquanutz
Hardware? Have you checked the HCL to see if anyone had to do anything special to get it to work? aquanutz
HCL = Hardware Compatibility List. If you google "OS X HCL" you'll find it. There you can find a plethora of knowledge on what works and how people got it to work for specific versions of OS X. This is the best place to look when trying to install on a machine or building a new machine. jantunes
Yes, I have checked it already. All the hardware that I have looks like being compatible so I don't know what the problem might be. I don't really know where to look at. I loved to have my OSX installation on an external HD. It saved me a lot of hassle.
