Bermudabob Posted May 17, 2008 Share Posted May 17, 2008 Hi, I've managed to set up my network so my wifes XP laptop can access shared folders on my new hackintosh. Thats all fine and dandy. I've also got a USB hard drive (formatted NTFS from my old PC) that I've shared. I can share this fine, but I can't change the access the remote user has (its the guest account set to sharing only). The options are greyed out so it stays on read only for the Everyone user. I can access & update data on the drive no problems from finder, so I don't think its the fact its NTFS.
