dkarDaGobert
hi how can i change the look of my harddrives i installed paragons ntfs for mac 6.0 to get read/write access on my ntfs drives. it works fine but i still have these orange icons how can i change them? and a second question - is paragon ntfs4mac faster than these other ntfs-3g solutions? whats the best way at the moment to mount ntfs drives with full r/w access? is there a way to timeban/auto-unmount harddrives forever? got two vista drives which are encrypted but osx askes on every start to initialise/ignore/eject the drive thanks DaGobert Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/105362-how-to-remove-orange-icons/ Share on other sites
mrbonkers
right click on the drive> get info> click on the icon(on the top left) and paste(you must copy an icon first) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/105362-how-to-remove-orange-icons/#findComment-749603 Share on other sites
tomauty
I have found that ntfs-3g (Ublio) + MacFUSE is actually a ton faster. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/105362-how-to-remove-orange-icons/#findComment-749613 Share on other sites
