I am trying to install Kalyway Leopard DVD and my computer keeps rebooting so while it was loading I pressed Pause/Break and noticed that it is using EFI which I knwo from researching it that my computer isn't compatible with EFI, I am wondering how to make kalyway install without using EFI?

EFI emulator does not cause reboots. What is your CPU, what Distro (Kalyway has 10.5.1 and 10.5.2) are you using? as they have to match and stuff such as NX Bit support etc etc. Post your full specs and the exact Distro DVD that you are using and then someone can help.

My computer specs are:

Compaq EVO D310 MiniTower (Model)

1.50 GB RAM (Memory)

40 GB Western Digital (Hard Drive)

Nvidia GeForce 5500 FX (Video Adapter)

Sound Max Digital Intergrated (Sound) (onboard)

Lite-ON DVD/CD burner (Optical Drive)

Pentium 4 @ 2 Ghz (Processor)

Compaq BIOS verison v 3.18 (latest)

Intel PRO 100/VE (ethernet)

I am using KalyWay 10.5.1 Leopard
