InsomniacN14 Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 (edited) I recently decided to switch from Vista to OS X, and as I have no money to speak of, decided to go with OSx86. First of all, I had to boot the DVD (Kalyway's 10.5.2) in safe mode, since it kept freezing up when it booted normally. Short of that, the installation went great, everything ran smooth, etc. Restarted the computer after installation, and when it turned back on, it brought me to the boot screen, and then restarted again. When it came back on again, a warning came up claiming that no OS was found. I would understand this if I wasn't taken to the apple boot screen, but clearly, something's there I tried reinstalling it four times since, with different partition settings each time, carefully making sure I'm using the correct settings, etc., and nothing's worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
