pablo631
I love my hack, but I still have a few issues to work out. One that is really annoying is when I shut down my system. About 30 seconds or so later the computer springs back to life all on its own. Not sure what the deal is, but my only solution right now is to shut down and kill the power on the power supply. Is there a setting in the bios somewhere? On all my other real mac, there was an option in energy saver that said something like "Restart after power failure". Maybe it thinks it lost power? But I don't see an option anywhere for that. Any ideas??? jshooter
Could it be 'wake up on LAN' is enabled in your BIOS? If that's the case and your hackintosh is connected via ethernet, it will turn on. Disable it and you'll be ok. Regards Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/104472-computer-restarts-after-shut-down/#findComment-743859 Share on other sites
