Hey guys,

Well, I've had leopard installed on this setup before but I lost the disk I used to install it so I had to aquire the Leo4All V3 that just got released. My leopard installation before worked fine, but I can't seem to get this distro to install at all. My setup is as follows:

A P5GD1 Motherboard

Intel 915P Chipset

Intel ICH6R Chipset

Geforce 6600 256 PCI-E

Onboard ALC861 Sound card

Pentium 4 3 Ghz (SSE1/2/3 capable verified by CPU-ID)

Two IDE HDD's (No SATA or Firewire)

A Realtek 8185L Wireless NIC

Another NIC that I bought (I know it works, can't think of the name offhand).

Anyways, so I'm trying to install Leo4Allv3 but I can't seem to come up with a working combination. I tried different kernals and different drivers for certain things (besides the geforce, because there's only one to choose from). Using the vanilla kernal gets it into a forever rebooting loop, other kernals seem to hang after launching the loginwindow process (they just hang), and a couple combinations give the dreaded "Waiting for root device" error (which shouldn't happen because, again, I've had leo running on this exact setup before).

Anyone have an idea of which options I should choose or any troubleshooting tips? (I'm also getting the new iAtkos release just in case :))

Make sure you select the Intel ICH chipset in the custom setup/install. I know for a fact that will get rid of the "waiting for root device" Since I've tried every possible way. And I used the Sleep Kernel 9.2.2. Boots right up. I had to bypass the setup screen with -s and followed the instruction.
