t3hi3x
I got Leo installed on my m2n-sli deluxe with the Zephyroth 10.5.2 rev 2 dvd. I noticed when installing that I needed to select a boot loader. I chose GUIDD and thought I chose it correctly in the partition editor. (i made the partition and chose the fist option in properties (I think). Whatever I did wrong it won't boot with out the DVD, and now I need to get into -s mode to undo smoe things. I do have the entire drive for OSX, but I have two other drives. One is my other OS drive with Ubuntu and Win({censored})xp. I would love to use grub to just chain load into it. I'm fine with reinstalling the OS to get the boot loader installed correctly. What is the correct steps to do this? I'm no computer n00b, but when it comes to osx86 I am. I found a tutorial to put it on the drive post-installation, but they all require a working OSX installation :-
t3hi3x
I figured it out. I needed to select MBR, not GUID. I managed to forget that MBR is on basis of HD.
