360freak
Could someone point me to a way to update this install? I'd like to be on 10.5.2 to run aperture. Please do not tell me to google or search...I've tried. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103917-safe-update-for-brazilmac-1050/ Share on other sites

360freak
The one thing I don't like about this forum is that no one ever replies. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103917-safe-update-for-brazilmac-1050/#findComment-742047 Share on other sites
tomauty
You should be fine if you have a vanilla kernel installed. What I do with big updates is make an image of the drive with SuperDuper. Then do one update at a time and once you mess up on one revert back to the image with Disk Utility from the boot disk.
