Okey doke, heres my story.

I got 10.4.3 Wesley Patched to boot and run decently on my desktop. I never did get network to work, but I decided to concentrate my efforts on my inspiron 5150 because I was most likely to use OSX there and I have heard of much success with the wireless.

So after tryin to isntall 10.4.3 I get the panic screen (restart your computer) before I get the chance to install (at the grey mac logo) So i went for the 10.4.4 restore install and the vmware, ppc, max patch option. The problem with this is, when I convert the dmg to iso, ppc doesnt recognize the disk as bootable. I am mountin the image in Alcohol, and also tried mounting in Ultra ISO. Would burning it fix this, i dont see how it would?

Anyone else have this problem.

-and yes PPC is installed and configured to use the virtual drive, it sees the partitions of the disc but doesn think their bootable

i think you should just forget wesley and use the jas one...but i'm a noob, so i dunno how to fix it other than that. Also, if by network you mean wireless, only very few cards are supported. I have a 2200 and it doesn't work, but i keep hearing the 1450s work well, it registers as an airport card. i think 10.4.5 is supposed to work with more, but i have no idea. i'm still trying to get my resolution to work. haha.
