I am able to use it through Realtek's utility, but would prefer to use it with a kext that integrates it to Mac. Is this possible? Has anyone made a kext for this card? It's is impossible because the IO80211 in OSX is closed source so the third party wireless card have to controlled via IONetworkingFamily (Ethernet).
