Mista Molla
Hey, On my Leo4Allv2 install, everything works great with or without the power cord plugged in. But when I try to boot my laptop, power cord not inserted, it gets stuck at ACPI:SystemState [S0 S3 S4 S5] (S3) Vista boots perfectly on battery, and when I try to boot Leo with the cord inserted, it boots just fine. Anyone know of any solution? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103471-cant-boot-on-battery/ Share on other sites

mschilling
I had that problem with my old SSE2 laptop and fixed it by changing the bios startup to "thorough" in the BIOS. Have you tried a different kernel? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103471-cant-boot-on-battery/#findComment-962239 Share on other sites
Mook_uk
I have this same issue on my vaio. Try using the boot command idlehalt=0 That's as close to a solution as i have found, P Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103471-cant-boot-on-battery/#findComment-964648 Share on other sites
