"Waiting for root device" problems

So, I installed Leo4All. Yay! I got it semi-bootable - I come up to the little darwin/x86 bootloader, boot up leopard, but it pseudo-freezes (that is, "waiting for root device" could fill up the page in, maybe, half an hour). I've tried booting up in -s and medevil's nforce sata driver, so if anyone could help, that'd be appreciated. If you need any extra information, I'll be on the thread's page refreshing for a while, so just ask.
