Jesus05uk Posted May 3, 2008 Share Posted May 3, 2008 Hi there, I'm running 1.5.0 Flat install with extensive kext editing. After buying an external drive and installing ToH's kexts I managed to backup my system over a few days. The problem is, when I click Time Machine and see all the finder windows, the 'past' Finders are all still Black boxes, not possible to go 'back in time'. I've tried formatting, making up only one folder, playing with the files and backing up - no luck. I've formatted again and am currently at the beginning of backing my entire system again (about 100gb of files) Anyone know how I can maybe fix this? norcalrivercat Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 Does your graphics card support "core image" and "quartz extreme"? Go to about this mac and click more info and check your graphics card. Those two things have to be supported, if they're not your card won't support time machine.
