Here are the needed links for you to mount your VMDK files. For ease of use, use the GUI, Its much quicker. I also found that I had many errors using the DOS method.

Offical Vmware DiskMount Utility - http://www.vmware.com/download/ws/#utilities

Vmware Disk Driver - http://chitchat.at.infoseek.co.jp/vmware/vdk.html

GUI Extensions for these Utilites - http://petruska.stardock.net/software/VMware/index.html

Mac Drive - http://www.mediafour.com/

Basically:

Install MacDrive

Then choose which diskmount utility you want to use (I used unoffical VDK)

Put the GUI’s in the same folder as the DOS exe files

Run the GUI and install the driver > start the driver

Then select the vmdk file > select a Drive letter and mount it to the drive (Remember to choose Mount Mode)

Then go into my computer, select the drive, and its just a simple copy/paste.

Thats it! To remove it, just click unmount > stop driver > remove driver.

I hope this helps a few of you :D
