danspam
hi, I have installed Kalyway 10.5.2 but I have not been able to get my MOTU 2408Mk3 PCI soundcard working. I have installed the drivers from MOTU and from what I can tell from elsewhere in the forum, some people have had success with this series of soundcards. My PCI card does not seem to be recognised - in the system profiler or by the MOTU PCI Audio Setup program, which just says 'No MOTU PCI Card Found'. Does anyone have any ideas on what to try next? justgeeking
it wont work if you have the 324 card....thats why real mac owners had to get the 424 card cause mac took out pci portion.... danspam
Ok, well its a 424 card so it should be ok in that respect. I realise that they have now released a pci-express version of the card for new mac owners but there will be plenty of older mac owners with this soundcard that are still using the pci version. It's like my hackinsosh cannot see the pci card at all.
