safwanc Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 The Kallyway installer just keeps failing on me at the very last minute, same error is produced in the logs everytime as well. There's a series of errors that go along the lines of unexpected end of files, but the installer continues none the less until this: InterfaceNamer: No Network stack object InterfaceNamer: No Network stack object InterfaceNamer: No Network stack object OSInstaller[128]: Could not remove directory /Volumes/Mac/BaseSystem.pkg.128C5bfae OSInstaller[128]: Install failed: the Installer encountered an unknown error that failed the install. Contact the software manufacturer.. InterfaceNamer: No Network stack object The system configuration is as follows: ASUS P5K-VM Motherboard Intel 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo (E4600) 4 GB RAM (4 x 1GB) 160 GB SATA HDD EVGA GeForce 7300GT (512MB) Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong here?
