NatureX
Hey all, Finally got the Mac OSX up and working, on its own. I have it installed on a seperate partition, with winxp. The issue: When I installed OSX, and it rebooted itself, it went into the OS and ran smooth, everything seemed fine. A couple of questions... 1)Do I need the Installation CD in the drive at all times? (Reason I ask is because, when I restarted the OS myself, without the dvd in the drive, it told me that there was no boot device. Then when I reinserted the dvd and rebooted again, it went to the installation screen again, but I was just in the OS) If someone could help me figure out, how to get over this hurdle it would be greatly appriciated, also, I tried to use the CHain0 method to dual boot with windows, and when I select the Apple selection, it goes black, then returns me to the selections screen. I pretty much, dont wantto have to go through the installation process everytime I use the OSX. Dual boot is secondary, but also equeally important. Please and thank you very much.
