Ok, this is pretty noobish, but having read the top 6 pages of this forum I can't see any straight out clear answer to this.

What do I need in order to upgrade my current working 10.4.3 install to a 10.4.5 install?

I have read various posts and the maxxuss site that tends to suggest I can upgrade from 10.4.4 to 10.4.5 with a simple 10 meg patch file, but how do I get to 10.4.4 in the first place?

Do I need to download a 10.4.4 install file of some sort (VMware image or original .dmg image or an .iso or what), or is it possible simply to download some kind of (smaller) patch that will update 10.4.3 to 10.4.4 so I can then apply the 10.4.5 patch?

The internet plan I am on is limited to 10 gb of international data per month, and I've already used 4 gigs of that just downloading the 10.4.3 dmg file - I don't want to have to download another 2-4 gigs just to update to 10.4.4.

I don't want to have to download another 2-4 gigs just to update to 10.4.4.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you're going to have to if you want to run 10.4.4. :(

There isn't a 10.4.3 => 10.4.4 patch out right now...

So wait, im having my friend send me the OSX 10.4.3 DVD...but i'll need another DVD to update to 10.4.4? What's different that requires me to need another DVD, rather then just downloading the update and installing?
