joedelabush
Hi all, here is my problem to make Leopard 10.5.2 (Leo4all v2) work : I have a notebook Packard Bell EasyNote MX61-B-019 (AMD Turion 64 X2 TL58, ATI SB600...). This hardware is not in the 10.5.2 HCL. However, the installation run without problem (about an hour...). After reboot, I get this message : "Still waiting for root device", every 30sec approx.... I have seen a lot of posts about this problem but have never found a solution for me. I don't understand why I can install it (no problem for sata hdd...) but not boot it after! Thanks for your help! joedelabush
Ok, i have restarted install, selected correct chipset drivers (sb600), video driver (ati 2400 : mine id ati hd 2400), no audio driver, no ethernet driver (not found in the list). The installation programme goes well. Mac osx boot for the first time, asks me for create a user account (what i do) and show me leopard desktop. But if i try to restart my computer, the loader block on this message: BSD root: disk0s3, major 14, minor 3 And do nothing else.... Any ideas? boot parameter to try? Thank you by advance!
