thuban114
I just got my 8200, and its great. The 10.4.3 Installer goes fine, but no network, wifi, or sound. The 10.4.4 install (Patched DVD that floats aroud) panics due to the AppleIntel8254X network driver. I removed the IONetworkingFamily kext, and it boots, but of course with no network at all. I am assuming that the vendor ID's need updated. It matches network & wifi to the iMac and MacBook specs, so how to make them work is an issue. Anybody else with this laptop have any success? Next up is the video drivers. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/10149-acer-travelmate-8200/ Share on other sites
Koskun
I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 with the broadcom onboard nic. With a successful boot into 10.4.4 (the patched, and then patched again), but no network. Any way to get the files, or to even find the files, that are needed to get this to work?
