punk69 Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 I've got the same problem too lol trying with Leo4all V3 + wMware 6 cuz it doesn't recognize my {censored} chipset (via P4M900) think I'm gonna try with tiger cuz in a tutorial that I've found uses it + wmware and works fine. also I'm downloading Kalyway 10.5.2 cuz I read that patchin it with theStevo patch (http://rapidshare.com/files/123041151/theStevo45patch.zip) it might work for my chipset Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Johndoe60914 Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 do to your vmware directory (the one your vmware image is in usually C:\Users\*Your User Name Here*\Documents\Vmware\*name of your Virtual Machine*) Right Click on the containing folder and remove the check mark for read only While I'm at it here lol I only know this because i too am attempting an install of 10.2 in Vmare Workstation 6 I can get to the pretty screen with the rotating umbrella after what seems an eternal wait (yes with the -v option so i know if something went wrong) and it sits....I've had it running for about an hour now and nothing.
