Jeva Hose
I think the title says it all - 10.4.5 enabled my integrated wireless on my Thinkpad T42p. This is the first time my integrated wireless has worked on an OS X release. It thinks its an Airport card, and connects to my home secure network just fine! Windows reports this card is an "IBM 11a/b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI Adapter". I tried booting with a T42 that has the Intel wireless card but it was not recognized. In conclusion if you have the above adaptor you should be go to go. Good luck.
