help me please!

hi i have os x on my intel pc but i want it on my amd pc. but when i start the install disc i come up and told me to HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FOR SEVREAL SECONDS AND RESTERT THE SYSTEM. dose anyone know of a way that i can get round this. i have been trying for week now. i need to know the best version of osx86 to use and ehat method of install to use. so here are the specs

 

amd athalon dual dual core 4200+ sse2 sse3

asrock alive nf6g

4 gig of ddr2

nvidia 8600gt

2 X 80gig hdds one sata one pata

dvd rw (ide)

dvd rom (sata)

 

please please plaease can somone help me.
