Hello,

The rundown on my setup is: Gateway GT-5034, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ / 2.2 GHz, 320gb IDE ATA-100, 2gb DDR RAM, stock system, only changed standard network card to a D-link wireless PCI card (at the end of my post I've included a link to the full specs of my system). My intention is to dual boot Leopard with Windows XP Media Center 2005.

I've used Kalyway's 10.5.2 release and burned to a DVD-R. I've made it through the installation process, it gives me a successfully installed screen, but when I go to reboot my system, I get stuck at AppleNVIDIAnForceATA: NVIDIA MCP51 IDE (CMD 0x170, CTR 0x374, IRQ 15, BM 0xf408). I've tried a few different things with the various packages included in Kalyway's release, but so far this is the furthest I've made it through my installation. So far the winner into at least installation has been keeping the defaults, but changing these patches:

- adding the AMD test2 patch

- adding the legacy boot patch

- deslecting the french keyboard layout patch

- adding NVinject256 patch

Any insights would be very appeciated!

Thanks for your help,

Scoobascoop.
