ic3b
Hi Guys and Gals, I recently found this site from a friend and no want to try it out for myself. I currently use a Abit Fatality 650i SLI but I am upgrading to probably a X38 of some sort, any suggestions on 1 that I could get that would run OSx pretty much out the box with no major hackin. I've got my eye on the gigabyte ga-ex38-ds4, the rest of my setup is below: Intel QX9650 OCZ 4GB DDR2 800 Nvidia 8800GTS 320MB Corsair 450w PSU Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/100842-new-mobo-for-noob/ Share on other sites

knewsom
I just bought that board... the ex38-ds4... I don't anticipate too much tweaking, from what I've read, it essentially "just works", but haven't found anyone to post a quick confirmation of that. Once I get mine up and running, I'll be posting about my journey. So if you can wait a couple weeks, stick it out and have a look at how my install goes. If not, then go for it, and hopefully we can learn from each other.
