configure external usb modem under 10.5.2

hi all,

i come from windows xp and decided some time ago to install kalyway 10.5.2 with success.

i have an external dialup 56k usb2 modem which worked perfectly under windows , its name is agere v.92 usb soft modem , by trendnet (www.trendnet.com) ;its model number is tfm-560U and has almost the same shape of a pendrive.

 

the problem is that under leo - profiler, it recognizes that an usb device is plugged into usb (i can see it under "usb device") but it cannot understand that it is a modem. so i cannot get the web.

 

i tried to go to the manufacturer' website but - as i guessed - no driver (i am sorry, i 've come from a windows-based system) is developed for MacOSX.

 

is there any way to get it working???

asus p5kc with C2D e6750

6 gb ram

jmicron controller

dvd & hd sata

radeon 2600 hd
