theookpik Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 When I install Kalyway 10.5.1 and go straight to the loading screen, it requests a restart: When I press f8 and type 'cpus=1 -v -x -f -s' or '-s', I get: It basically states that System/Library/StartUpItems was not found, and a few other things. At the end, it writes 'dsmos: Starting...' and then the installation stops. Does that mean my DVD is deficient, or is there another problem?
