Hello, Im going to go ahead and get this out of the way: I am a BIG noob with this Mac OS X on a PC stuff so bear with me lol

Anyway,

This is what i know so far:

1) I am using iATKOS v1.0i r2

2) I get an error when I go in with the -v flag that says "Still waiting for root device" (Not the slightest Idea what that means)

PC specs:

AMD Athon 64 X2 Dual Core Processer 4400+ 2.30 GHz

2046 MB of RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

I have looked this up on google and I see some answers, But none that I can understand :P

Even if you didn't supply an answer thank you very much for your time :P

Still waiting for root device simply means that the system cannot see the HDD. It's not your fault that you don't understand what it means; really, it's one of the best user-unfriendly misleading messages I've ever seen. You'd better ask people with your motherboard, HDD, and DVD specs. (It's always a good idea to have this specs in your signature.) Without them, no one can help ya. Good luck.
