10.5.1 Kalyway on Lenovo 3000 no keyboard/touchpad

Hi all

I managed to get Kalyway 10.5.1 installed on my Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop without changing any default settings! Everything worked except sound. Sound card is AD1986A model.

Anyway, I started looking around for a way to get sound. Found this link that uses my audio card:

I tried the steps others tried there but now when I boot up the system wants to locate a Bluetooth mouse and my touchpad and keyboard no longer work. USB Mouse DOES work.

 

Any ideas how I can correct to keep experimenting? This has happened twice now after making modifications to kext files.

One more stupid question: When I am replacing a KEXT am i replacing the whole folder with a new one or just the file in Contents/MacOS?
