I had to change the settings in BIOS: Init Display to IGFX to get rid of glitchy video (h.264 acceleration was probably broken). Having my GTX 760 as primary made OS X confused, as it expects the integrated to come first. Dual booting is a bit annoying, but I suppose I could also disable IGFX. I can now connect displays to almost all video outputs on my system.

I had a question about all the DSDT fixes in the config.plist. Which ones are fixing which issues? My system was running fine without most of them.

Edit: Only the motherboard's VGA isnt't working. I don't believe HDMI audio out from my 760 is working, but I haven't tried the integrated one.

I had a question. I'm still using the AppleHDA.kext I patched using toleda's CloverALC patch. What's the difference with the kernel extension you posted? I would like to find a solution to my audio becoming broken while using VLC. I believe it happens when I switch from VLC too quickly or start playing a different file. Killing the coreaudiod process seems to be the solution. I have also tried killing the com.apple.audio.DriverHelper process which may or may not have worked. It doesn't happen often enough to test different solution.
