Hello,
can someone attach here or send me an email ( to antonio_h@abv.bg) with AppleAC97Audio.kext from Leopard.
I delete mine, and now my sound is not working.
Thanks a lot. :)

Google for kexthelper or osx86tools, they will do the job for you.

This works to enable sound in a VM. Well for me at least in VMware Workstation 6.5.2.

The AppleAC97AudioIntelICH.kext audio driver worked for me but kexthelper did not. I had to manually copy and modify properties for this file, then after reboot sound works perfect.
