Hello community, i'm with a simple doubt, therefore i would like of take a picture of the my screen for send for a friend, more i not find snapshot program in my os x system. Where i can find the snapshot software or with i do for take a picture the my screen and send for my friend?

You can use the Grab program in applications > utilities or you can use alt + shift + 3 for full screen or alt + shift + 4 for selected screen shot.

Use the help function in osx. To your surprise it's not worthless like help in windows and answers tons of questions. shift + command + / (?)
