Taking BackRow/Finder back to a Mac

So, most of the Apple TV interface is contained in the BackRow framework and the Finder.app which is really a new version of Front Row in disguise. Given that, would it be possible to take those files and put them into a regular OS X environment and use the shiny new Apple TV interface as a Front Row replacement?
