davidm71
Hi, Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Got a new USB 3.1 256gb Sandisk Extreme drive and want to use it to boot my system if something goes wrong on my main installation. Be nice to have Ubuntu and Windows as well.. redneck
Had windows 7 and lion on usb ! I have windows 10 on USB , had to install win 10 on 2.5 with PC then transfer to usb hd 2.5 enclosure. I would try make 2 or 3 guid Partions install win 10 on first !!! restore mac on second ! linux ? install mac boatloader. will give you startup choice. win 10 has to be first. I now run Maverick on dell ssf and windows 10 on usb for personal business, Quicken ect.
