SigmaTel
Hello there! I have a problem. I can't begin the installation of OS X Mavericks due to the problem related in the subject name. My PC: MoBo: ASUS P7H55D-M PRO CPU: Intel Core i3-540 (Clarkdale) GPU: 1st generation Intel HD Graphics RAM: Kingston DDR3-1333 (2 sticks, 2 GB each=4 GB) HDD: WD10EZEX (AHCI, MBR) WLAN: TP-LINK WN881ND (Atheros-based, PCI-e x1) Bootloader: Chameleon Patches made to the OS installation media: OSInstall patch to be able to install on MBR-styled HDDs Used boot args: -v "Graphics Mode"=1920x1080x32 GraphicsEnabler=No Graphics mode setting is ignored for some reason. "GraphicsEnabler=No" reboots the PC. Verbose mode stucks on "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport", probably, GPU must initialise next, but this didn't happen. I'm trying to install OS X Mavericks 10.9.5. _____ Another dummy signature
0000-1248
Alrighty, first of all Intel HD Graphics First Generation does NOT work in 10.6.6 or above due to Apple not using them in their desktop computers; meaning it only works in the laptop computers. You must get a new GPU. If you want one on the cheap I would recommend either a GT 210, 610 or 710 or alternatively from the red team a 5770.
