Clover: Hide MBR/NTFS boot selections

I have a question regarding Clover's boot loader. I have 3 SSDs, one for Mac, one for Windows, and one for Data. When the boot loader loads, I have one Mac partition and 4 Windows partitions (the 4 include Windows OS, Windows System Reserved, an unknown Windows partition, and Data). Is there any way I can minimize it to just 1 Mac and 1 Windows partition? I've done some research, and realized that it has something to do with adding a string with a UUID. The thing is, the 3 partitions that I want to be hidden are not on a GPT drive. They are instead in the MBR partition style. So the UUID is not the same as the examples I've found online. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Note: I've attached my bootlog just in case. If you need any additional info, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

yes this is possible using the advanced options in your clover configurator under GUI section or you could edit your plist file ...
