Crabhunter
I have finally got my El Capitan install running pretty well on a spare hard drive on my Acer V5-171 net book and now have decided to setup my proper hard drive. Due to limitations with my BIOS and one piece of vehicle diagnostic software I have to use a legacy/MBR setup and include Windows XP. This is also the first time I have used Clover. I want to multiboot El capitan, Windows10, Windows XP and Linux. That's four partitions so if I need one for Clover I'm going to need an extended partition. I was thinking a FAT32 for Clover, a mac partition, a Windows XP one then an extended with one for 10 and one for Linux. How does that sound? Biso007
Why a separate one for Clover ? ... if you are going to use legacy MBR scheme then keep Clover in the OSX partition and let it boot the other 3 partitions
Crabhunter
I didn't know you could do that, I thought it had to have it's own EFI partition or a FAT32 one. As I said, I'm new to Clover. Thanks. Mike
