PhantomUK
Hi everyone, I would need some help with a problem I've been trying to debug for the last couple of days. The installation of Clover works just fine and I can get everything working, including Wifi, Bluetooth and Nvidia, the only thing that seems to crash the system every single time is the Audio. I did the installation using the latest Clover, converted the EFI partition to MSDOS, installed my Kext for Wifi and the Hasswell Config.plist from Rampagedev. All works well until I try to install the AppleHDA.kext, after that installation the PC reboots to the dreaded stop sign. PC Specs: i7 4970K Asus Z97-PRO(Wifi/AC) Dual 970GTX Asus 16GB Corsair 2400Mhz set to XMP Profile 1 Samsung M.2 SSD 512GB (Boot) Crucial M4 512GB SSD (Apps) 2x Sandisk extreme SSD 256GB (Data) Samsung 4K 28U590D I hope someone can help Thanks,
hodenhagen
try boot with the USBinstaller and choose your HD to boot, or use this flags: -f -x -v
PhantomUK
Thanks, that worked ... until the next reboot. The systems boots with the USBinstaller but not on it's own. I tried to bypass the applehda.kext in the clover boot options but that didn't seem to help either. I have now written a new config.plist with audio injection, maybe that will help, I will try later on.
