How to remove open firmware password

Hello I have a Macbook Pro from a client and need to remove the open firmware password that is in it and have tested some things like remove battery ai opened the mac and found that the battery can not be removed at all because it's just embedded in MB it!
I saw some tutorials but none compatible with this model is the A1398 ...
I've tried removing the battery but nothing too ..... anybody could please help! ?

"Open Firmware security is not foolproofit is meant to be only a deterrent. It is possible to reset, change, and perhaps even recover the firmware password. The superuser can disable firmware security by using the nvram utility to change the value of security-mode to none. The password may also be reset via physical access to the inside of the computer" (The password may be reset by altering the memory configuration of the computer and then resetting the PRAM)

DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE BATTERY FIRST!

depends from the version. The old: have to remove the memory banks for 2 minutes, then put the one back and hold the reset combination for 3 times.. The new: you need to get the hash code and send it to apple, then they return you a file to write to SD Card or USB and start the device with the USB/SD-Card attached.. it will automatically remove the pass
