kraft4christ
I recently attempted an install on my Dell Latitude D830 with Snow Leopard 10.6.3 with amazing success. I found the OSXlatitude website with the bootpacks and used the ##### to install that and the other kexts and bootloader. Everything works really well except when I upgrade to 10.6.8. At that point, I can barely get the system to boot, and if it does it freezes within 1-5 minutes randomly. I've tried multiple times to upgrade before installing kexts and the bootloader as well and nothing works. No matter what procedures I follow before the 10.6.8 update, it freezes. I'd like to update so I can get the Mac store installed and also be able to update to newer versions of the OS. Can anyone point me in the right direction? kraft4christ
Ended up running 10.6.6 without issues so the problem was solved... sort of.
