Dear All,

I've been reading a lot about how to set up the appstore to work but still I'm not successful there are many different causes and tutorials, but seems that all very messy. I receive the typical message that your computer can't be verified when I try to log in.

My network adapter works but I don't have a cable connection.

So far I have tried the following:

-  Configure my ethernet adaptor

-  Set up a SMBIOS with #####

All Internet works properly thanks to Android tehethering

Yet still not idea, I would rather avoid installing rehabman's nullethernetdriver as my ethernet is supported and I may need it in the future. Also I'm trying to avoid using DSTD due to the complexity and risk.

May I be missing something?

Regards,

Oscar

Dear @Husaber,

Thanks for your advice, but my ethernet was working properly already with the driver but as en3 instead of en0, so it seems it wasn't a kext issue.

If someone has the same issue than me he can try the following steps to fix it:

sudo ifconfig

check that you have an ethernet adapter check what is the device (en0, en1....)

if you don't have en0 then you may be having the problem there.

Go to system preferences -> network and remove all the adapters

Go to Libraries/preferences/SystemConfigurations and remove Network.plist

Reboot and works
