ruinairas Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Hello, I've been working countless hours trying to compile a successfully working system, but the closest I've gotten is sound with a horrible larsen. I see that people have gotten alc269 (which is alc271x) to work on Mavericks 10.9.3 and 10.9.4 by using a custom kext AND a HDEF edit in the DSDT. I have attempted numerous times to do this myself but I never seem to get anything to work. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. It appears as though I am not allowed to upload any .DSL files so I am unable to upload a non patched DST (with errors). :/ <<EDIT>> attempted to add using .zip, the upload fails.
